$300 WATER BILL?!?!? A Cat Behind It

April 27, 2008

Jennifer and Jim kept getting huge water bills.

They knew beyond a doubt that the bills weren’t representative of

actual usage, and no matter how they tried to conserve, the high
bills continued.

Although they could see nothing wrong, they had everything
checkedfor leaks or problems: first the water meter, then outdoor pipes,
indoor
pipes, underground pipes, faucets, toilets, washer, ice maker
machine, etc.

One day Jim was sick and stayed home in bed, but kept hearing
water running downstairs.

He finally tore himself from his sick bed to investigate, and stumbled
onto the cause of such high water bills. Apparently this had been
happening all day long when they were not at home. Knowing that
few would believe him, he taped a segment of the ‘problem’ for
posterity

Don’t leave the lid open ;-).

Who taught the cat to flush the toilet?

Well, in a way it is a good thing - if someone forgets to flush, there comes your cat ;-).

Ain’t it great. You’ve gotta cat with no sense of the actual cost of flushing the toilet for fun.

Yeah. I’m so not surprised at this little fresh cat. Our cat Max is quite clever as well - only his cleverness causes a spike in our oil heating bills. While we’re out, we keep the heat grates closed off with the exception of one - which is in the same room as the thermostat. Max spreads his body out so that it completely covers and blocks off the entire register, not allowing heat to get into the room until it has already passed through and been absorbed by his body. As a result, the thermostat constantly thinks that it’s freezing in the room, and churns out ever more heat - and Max is insatiable, so he keeps taking it all in while the rest of us freeze - including our other, much less selfish cat, Lotus.

It’s my theory that Max has at least largely contributed to an oil heating bill greater than our monthly rent - and considering we live near Boston, spending more on heat than rent is really a fantastic feat!

I saw this video a few years ago. Cute cat. Maybe when I originally saw this video I would have believed the story. A dead giveaway is that the pictured cat in the feature story is a long-hair white cat, and the cat in the video is a short-hair black and white cat.

Cats were originally bred in Persia which is now Iran. That proves the Iraniwanians know all about cats. Dick Cheney, Tony Blair and me have discovered thousands of secret bunkers in Iran where cats are being bred and trained to flush toilets whenever their masters are not watching. We have proof that those cats are being shipped to the USA and planted in homes all across the very nation that saved Iraq by stealing its oil and blowing up Osama Bin Laden’s HQ in Iraq.

It’s obvious the Iraniwanians intend to deprive Americans of water until they die of thirst. I recently was informed that all the water that comes out of our taps comes from lakes and rivers. Their plan is obvious. They intend to flush all of our water down the toilet until our lakes and rivers dry up and we have no more water to drink. Their evil cat agents are now carrying out that plan. The cat in the movie is just one of millions of such cats at work in America right now.

I have therefore begun my second Great War to Purge Evil. Tomorrow we launch Operation Bad Kitty. Our troops will invade Iran and destroy the cat breeding bunkers and, just as we did in Iraq, if any oil wells get in the way we’ll Americanize them. I know th Iraniwanians want this. I know it because God spoke to me again and told me they want it.

Here at home, troops will be entering homes and shooting cats on sight. Please keep your children away from your cats lest they be confused with insurgents and take a bullet or 10 themselves. Sorry, but it’s necessary to protect you. And besides it makes me feel like a man. And it will make you proud to be an American.

Oh, btw, the cats are in France and Canada too but they refused to follow my great leadership and go to Iraq so let’s not tell them about the cats. When they get thirsty they’ll come to us for help and then we’ll invade them too. I hear Canada has lots of oil we don’t own yet, get it?

Issa Deeb, I hope you dont consider yourself a “journalist” or anything. I personally just stumbled this, and have no idea what this site is about. I do know you are a frickin liar. You purposely hijacked an old video, faked a story to go with it. Junk like this is why all the CNN/MSNBC/Big corporation News followers are able to say “anyone can put up a webpage, how can you trust your source?”… going on a bit of a rant here, but then again, peak oil is coming and we need to reshape our society in a BIG way.. why not start with some jack@$$ trying to pull one over..
